
The wines of Emilia-Romagna fascinate the Germans “InCantina”
German consumers have expressed great appreciation for tasting and promotion initiatives carried out in the Italian format “InCantina” [in the cellar] of Frankfurt. On several days the guests of the pub could know and appreciate the wines of the Emilia Romagna Region as part of the European programme “Mediterranean Cheese and Wines”. In particular, information material was available to the guests on tables and at the entrance and the sommelier of the wine restaurant “InCantina”, gave the opportunity to taste three of the wines of the programme in rotation, explaining characteristics, specificities and pairings.
